- Are my files secure?
Yes. Tools labeled “100% local” never send any files to our servers. Server-side tools (compression, conversion, OCR…) delete your files immediately after processing. The file sharing tool intentionally stores your files to generate a link (30 days without an account, permanent with an account). See our Terms of Use for details.
- How do I delete my account?
Send us an email with the address associated with your account and we will proceed with deletion within 48 hours.
- A tool is not working properly
Describe the issue in your email, including your browser, the file type used, and any error message displayed.
